Connie Maldonado is a consultant, instructor, and speaker who teaches and consults on a variety of project management topics. She has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 1998 and has over 20 years of project management experience. She has also obtained the PgMP® and PMI-ACP® credentials from the Project Management Institute®, and the Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP®) from the Scrum Alliance. Ms. Maldonado has worked on projects in many areas including information systems, business and project process reengineering, software application development, financial systems, travel reservation systems, business intelligence, and project management offices. She specializes in project management office (PMO) development, system migration and integration, implementation planning, project management office development, risk management planning and analysis, and project management training. Ms. Maldonado also has over 7 years of financial experience in the banking and actuarial arenas. She assisted in the creation of an International PMO for CEMEX and assisted in the development of both waterfall and agile methodologies for Carnival Cruise Line. Ms. Maldonado is a Past President of the South Florida Chapter of PMI®. She has served on the board for over fifteen years. She is also the past Chair of the Certification Disciplinary Sub-Committee under the PMI® Certification Governance Council as well as a past board member of Toastmasters International. Ms. Maldonado has extensive project management training experience and has conducted training for the University of Miami, Florida International University, and Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Fritts is a business and IT industry veteran with global experience in infrastructure and operations management. He has worked for and consulted with large and small companies, including major IT vendors, global banks, and two of the Big-4 global consulting organizations. His experience includes managing multinational IT operations for one of the world’s largest financial institutions, performing business, financial, technical and operational analysis for acquisition targets of a private equity firm, and conducting risk assessments and audits of healthcare, aerospace, retail, energy, financial, telecommunications, transportation, and manufacturing clients. Dr. Fritts is currently Managing Principal of dTransformation.Net, a data analytics, decision sciences, & digital strategies consultancy with clients in the retail, manufacturing, & education industries.

Extensive working and consulting experience in Information Technology and global banking financial services experience, such as a Vice-President at Bank of America, managing Corporate Business Continuity in New York for various Lines of Businesses (LOBs), across the Unites States. Bill has over 20 years of project management experience. Bill also has 2 years of Agile experience functioning at JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Commerzbank, Synovus Financial, and Active Health Management, as a Servant Leader, managing various projects in the roles of Integration Application Product Specialist, Global Team Facilitator with a virtual team in India and Lean Cross-Functional Teams in various locations in U.S. (at JP Morgan Chase) and Product Owner developing and managing Product Backlog, including Lean Agile, with cross-functional Agile Teams. Experience using JIRA, Planview software for Agile-based projects. Functioned as Testing Coordinator/Application Specialist for utilizing enterprise software tool, and merging functionality of three separate information access management (IAM) systems into a single consolidated enterprise software. Developed, managed, and contributed to Kanban Boards. Participated in feature-driven development. Facilitated training sessions, and coaching of others, and promoting Agile within organizations. Further, Bill has experience in developing, leading, training/coaching and improving PMOs; as well as experience managing/implementing complex applications/business solutions projects, consisting of large cross functional matrix global teams of 500+ stakeholders, experienced in process improvements, with 20+ years of experience. Currently, Bill is a Sr. Program/Project Management consultant for a local City Government, working in the Engineering Services Department, and also am an Adjunct Instructor, CCE Project Management Professional and Project Management Principal Curriculum Developer, at Palm Beach State College in Florida.

Angela Leavell is a learning & development senior leader with global experience in highly matrix environments. She has a passion for cultivating and growing the leaders of tomorrow. Her goal is to maximize learning outcomes aligned with business goals. She has won numerous training awards including MarCom, BrandonHall, and Telly, and was issued a Military Coin by PEO STRI for excellence in video services. Angela holds a degree from the University of Central Florida. She has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2019 and gained her Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor PMP in 2022. She has used Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid project management frameworks in various global Human Resources, learning content, and learning technology projects. She likes to garden, play music, and volunteer for the South Florida Chapter of PMI on the Operations Team in her spare time.
